I have spent the evening shooting at a stunning property in a large village named Corfe Mullen in the beautiful county of Dorset in England. This property which is going to be let by Wyke Dorset Cottages is a very beautiful converted thatched cottage in a great location. I enjoyed an impromptu Mother’s Day Photoshoot with the family this morning on a very lovely spring day. We stumbled upon a woodland filled with daffodils in North Norfolk so we decided to stop for some images, it would be rude not too?!
I am just home after a great few days at the NEC for the 2017 Photography show. Whilst there I took the opportunity to get a few shots of the wonderful Rosa Brighid! A model who I have wanted to work with for a while but have not had the chance. It was only a quick handful of shots, but I hope to get the chance to work with Rosa in the future and get some great images.
Today I have been at the 2017 Photography show at the NEC for the second year running and had a great time. I managed to catch a lot of interesting talks and seminars all focused on architectural photography and UAV’s which is something I am very interested in. Today I was on Southwold beach in Suffolk on what was a lovely ‘warm’ winter’s day. It reached 14 degrees which was amazing for mid-Feb! And the town and beach were packed! The shoot brief was ‘winter lifestyle’ but the images do look a lot more like ‘spring’ but they were very happy with the images either way. This evening I was walking about Windermere in the Lake District looking to capture the beautiful town in a different light! I started shooting at 7pm and it did not take long until I found a composition that worked for me.
It’s been a while since I have been in the studio, but we had a great day capturing some very special images for Christmas. My little boy Luke got in on the action as he is a little poser! I look forward to more in 2017!
