New Arrival!

Today I was at Blickling Hall, North Norfolk capturing some beautiful images for James and April who wanted to announce the arrival of their new baby in a special way. I really enjoyed the shoot, what better way to tell your friends and family the magical news. I’m truly honoured to have been selected to be the photographer to capture this one.

Blickling Hall – Sunset Engagement

What a beautiful sunset it was this evening at Blickling Hall. I had the pleasure of capturing the engagement shoot of Hazel & Paul and the weather was beautiful. I love shooting in the golden hour. The Cox Wedding

I had a lovely day with Daniel Jones yesterday photographing the Cox wedding in North Norfolk. The weather was heavy rain in the morning, but after the church ceremony in Cromer it was a beautiful afternoon and even better evening. This was the first wedding that I shot with the new Nikon D5 and it certainly did not let me down!   I look forward to sharing the rest of the images soon…

Nikon D5 – First Test Images

As you can see the clarity produced by this camera is beautiful and the 12 frame per second (14 fps mirror up) with the […]

Estate Agent Photography

Photographing Puffins!

Today I have been lucky enough to photograph my favourite sea bird the beautiful Puffin! I took a hike to Flamborough Cliffs in North Yorkshire and headed over to Breil Nook which provides a great opportunity to see these amazing little birds. After some climbing and a lot of waiting I got the shot that I have been after since I started photography over 16 years ago! These little guys have always avoided me despite my best efforts and this was […]

Saltwick Bay, North Yorkshire

Tonight was the summer solstice and I was on location at Saltwick Bay, near Whitby in North Yorkshire. The light was extremely transient and the gorgeous sunset gave a great opportunity to photograph this scene which is The Wreck of the Admiral Von Tromp, with Black Nab in the background.
